Your organization dashboard is a real-time snapshot of your volunteer program. It refreshes live as volunteers RSVP, log hours, and submit reflections.
Default widgets
- Hours this week / month / year — total verified hours across your org.
- Attendance vs. RSVP rate — how many RSVPs actually show up.
- Volunteer retention — percentage of volunteers active in the last 30 days.
- Top volunteers — ranked by verified hours in the selected period.
- Anonymized mood trend — average mood score over time (no individual names).
Filtering your dashboard
Use the date range picker at the top to zoom into a specific period. If you have volunteer groups set up, the Group filter lets you scope every widget to a single group (e.g., 'NHS Members' or 'Weekend Crew').
Create a volunteer group for each program or team, then filter the dashboard by group. You'll see isolated metrics without noise from other programs.
A dropping retention rate is an early warning. If fewer volunteers are returning, dig into mood trends and recent event feedback before the problem grows.
