Settings → Billing shows your current plan, next invoice date, and payment method. Only Owners can view and change billing — Managers and Coordinators don't see this section.

Available plans
Yura offers plans designed for different program sizes — from small community groups to large school districts. Visit the Billing page in Settings to see available plans, compare features, and upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Invoices
Invoices are emailed to the billing contact and downloadable from the Billing page. Need to change the billing contact? Update it from Settings → Billing → Billing contact.
Set the billing contact to a shared email like billing@yourorg.org instead of a personal email. This way, invoices and receipts survive staff turnover.
Yura never shares billing information with volunteers. Only Owners see billing details.
