Yura lets you log hours for any past date. The verifier always sees the original date you served, not the date you submitted — so be honest and accurate.
Check your org's deadline policy
Some organizations have a cutoff (e.g., 60 days) after which they won't verify late submissions. Check with your org before submitting very old logs.
When the supervisor is no longer reachable
If the original supervisor has moved on or is unreachable, your school or org admin can verify on their behalf using a written attestation. Contact support if you need a template for this.
Pro tip: Log everything before deadlines
If you're a student with a graduation requirement, don't wait until the last week. Log all outstanding hours at least a month before your deadline so verifiers have time to approve.
